Cancellation policies vary by tier — Valley Floor allows cancellation up to 24 hours prior with full refund, Ridge Line up to 48 hours, Summit Peak up to 72 hours. Changes to existing bookings can be discussed with our team based on vehicle availability.

Valid driver's license held for minimum two years, government-issued identification, and credit card for security deposit. International license holders must also present passport. For Summit Peak tier, additional documentation may be requested during the consultation phase to ensure proper vehicle matching.
