1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Service" refers to luxury vehicle rental services provided by talonridgeax
  • "Renter" or "You" means the person entering into the rental agreement
  • "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to talonridgeax
  • "Vehicle" means the automobile rented under this agreement
  • "Rental Period" means the duration specified in your booking confirmation
  • "Tier" refers to the service level (Valley Floor, Ridge Line, or Summit Peak)

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a rental or accepting vehicle delivery, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and talonridgeax. You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Information provided is accurate and complete
  • You have read and understood these terms

3. Service Description

talonridgeax provides luxury vehicle rentals across three elevation tiers:

Valley Floor — Daily Access

Luxury sedans and crossovers for standard daily rental. Includes comprehensive insurance, delivery, fuel policy, and 24-hour support.

Ridge Line — Performance Tier

Sport sedans and GT coupés with performance briefing, topographic route cards, and enhanced support. Available for one-to-three-day bookings.

Summit Peak — Apex Collection

Flagship vehicles and rare sports cars requiring advance consultation. Includes private handover ceremony, professional photography, and dedicated concierge.

Service features, pricing, and availability are subject to tier selection and booking confirmation.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To rent from talonridgeax, you must:

  • Hold a valid driver's license for minimum two years
  • Be 25 years or older (some vehicles may require higher age minimums)
  • Provide government-issued identification
  • Present credit card for security deposit
  • Pass driver verification checks
  • Meet tier-specific requirements (especially for Ridge Line and Summit Peak)

International license holders must also present a valid passport. We reserve the right to refuse rental if eligibility criteria are not met or if we have concerns about driver capability.

5. Booking and Reservations

Advance Notice

  • Valley Floor: 24 hours minimum
  • Ridge Line: 48 hours minimum
  • Summit Peak: 72 hours minimum plus consultation

Confirmation

Bookings become binding upon receipt of confirmation email from talonridgeax. Confirmation includes:

  • Vehicle details and tier
  • Rental period and rates
  • Delivery arrangements
  • Terms specific to your booking

Vehicle Availability

While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle booked, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable or superior vehicle from the same tier if circumstances require.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include:

  • Comprehensive insurance coverage
  • 24-hour roadside assistance
  • Delivery within Singapore
  • Tier-specific features as described

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the start of rental. Deposit amounts vary by tier and vehicle value. The deposit will be:

  • Held on your credit card for the rental duration
  • Released within 7 business days after vehicle return
  • Applied to cover any damages, fines, or additional charges

Additional Charges

You may be charged for:

  • Mileage exceeding tier allowances
  • Late return fees (charged per hour)
  • Fuel shortage (if not returned with full tank)
  • Cleaning fees for excessive interior soiling
  • Damage repairs beyond normal wear
  • Traffic fines or parking violations

7. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation by Renter

  • Valley Floor: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before pickup
  • Ridge Line: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before pickup
  • Summit Peak: Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before pickup

Cancellations within these windows incur charges of 50% (within minimum period) or 100% (no-show).

Modifications

Changes to existing bookings (dates, vehicle, tier) are subject to availability and may incur fees. Contact us as soon as possible if modifications are needed.

Cancellation by talonridgeax

We may cancel reservations due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide full refund or offer alternative vehicles of equal or greater value.

8. Renter Responsibilities

During the rental period, you agree to:

  • Operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with Singapore traffic laws
  • Maintain the vehicle in good condition
  • Report accidents or damage immediately
  • Keep the vehicle secure (locked when unattended)
  • Refuel to full tank level before return
  • Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location
  • Not use the vehicle for racing, testing, or commercial purposes
  • Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
  • Not transport the vehicle outside Singapore
  • Not smoke in the vehicle

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Use the vehicle to commit crimes or transport illegal goods
  • Sublease or rent the vehicle to others
  • Drive recklessly or in violation of traffic regulations
  • Modify or alter the vehicle in any way
  • Use the vehicle beyond its intended capabilities
  • Transport hazardous materials
  • Transport more passengers than vehicle capacity
  • Drive on unpaved roads or in conditions unsuitable for the vehicle type

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of rental, forfeiture of security deposit, and potential legal action.

10. Insurance and Liability

Comprehensive insurance coverage is included in all rental rates, covering:

  • Third-party liability
  • Collision damage (subject to excess)
  • Theft protection

Excess and Exclusions

You are responsible for damage excess amounts (specified in booking confirmation). Insurance does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from prohibited uses
  • Interior damage or soiling
  • Lost keys or access cards
  • Tire or wheel damage from misuse
  • Damage when unauthorized driver was operating

Accident Procedures

In case of accident:

  1. Ensure safety of all parties
  2. Contact emergency services if needed
  3. Notify talonridgeax immediately (24-hour support line)
  4. Obtain police report for insurance purposes
  5. Document scene with photos if safe to do so
  6. Do not admit fault or liability

11. Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned:

  • At the agreed date, time, and location
  • With full fuel tank (unless alternative arrangement made)
  • In clean condition (exterior and interior)
  • With all provided items (keys, documents, route cards)
  • In the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)

Late returns incur hourly charges. If you anticipate delay, contact us immediately to discuss extension options.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • Vehicles are provided "as is" with maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Our total liability does not exceed the rental fee paid
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

This limitation does not affect rights under Singapore consumer protection laws.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless talonridgeax, its employees, and affiliates from:

  • Claims arising from your use of the vehicle
  • Traffic violations and fines incurred during rental
  • Damage resulting from prohibited uses or negligence
  • Third-party claims related to your operation of the vehicle
  • Legal costs associated with defending such claims

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Informal negotiation (good faith attempt to resolve within 14 days)
  2. Mediation through Singapore Mediation Centre (if negotiation fails)
  3. Arbitration or litigation in Singapore courts (as last resort)

The Singapore Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes become effective:

  • For new bookings: immediately upon posting
  • For existing bookings: original terms apply unless you consent to changes

Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered clients. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Invalid provisions will be modified to reflect our original intent while remaining enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with your booking confirmation and any tier-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and talonridgeax. They supersede all prior discussions, proposals, or agreements.

19. Acknowledgment

By accepting vehicle delivery or signing the rental agreement, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
  • You agree to be bound by all provisions
  • You have had opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification
  • You accept responsibility for obligations described herein
